'GENESIS' (Chapter-5)

In this chapter a complete saga of Adam is displayed. And his growing generation is also described with many characters. It is written in 31 verses numbers. Now let's start with a moral at the end.

The family tree, age, and death of the Patriarchs from Adam to Noah. The translation of Henoch.

1. On the day God created man, he made him to the likeness of himself.
2. He created them male and female , and blessed them ; and called their name Adam and Eve.
3. Then Adam lived a life of 130 years, and begot a son to his own likeness, and called his name Seth.
4. And the days of Adam, after he begot Seth, were 800 years : and he begot more sons and daughters.
5. At-last Adam reached 930 years of his life and died.
6. Seth lived a 105 years, and begot Enos. 
7. After being blessed with Enos. Seth lived 807 years, and begot more sons and daughters.
8. Then Seth lived a life of 912 years and died.
9. And Enos lived 90 years, and begot Cainan.
10. After whose birth he lived 815 years, and begot sons and daughters.
11. Even Enos lived a life of 905 years and died.
12. Then Cainan lived 70 years, and begot Malaleel.
13. After the birth of Malaleel, Cainan lived 840 years and begot more sons and daughters.
14. Cainan lived for 910 years and died.
15. And Malaleel lived 65 years, and begot Jared.
16. After the birth of Jared, Malaleel lived 830 years and begot more sons and daughters.
17. Malaleel lived for 895 years and died.
18. And Jared lived a 160 years, and begot Henoch.
19. After being blessed with Henoch, Jared lived 800 years and begot more sons and daughters.
20. Jared lived a life of 962 years and died.
21. And Henoch lived 65 years and begot Mathusala.
22. Then Henoch walked with God. After Mathusala's birth Henoch lived 300 years and begot more sons and daughters.
23. Henoch lived 365 years.
24. And he walked with god and was seen no more : because god took him.
25. And Mathusala lived a 187 years and begot Lamech.
26. After the birth of Lamech, Mathusala lived 182 years and begot more sons and daughters.
27. Mathusala lived for 969 years and died.
28. And Lamech lived a 182 years and begot a son.
29. And he called his name Noah, saying that "He will comfort us in the labour and painful toil of our hands caused by the ground the Lord has cursed."
30. After Noah was born, Lamech lived 595 years and begot more sons and daughters.
31. Lamech lived a life of 777 years and died. Thereafter when Noah became 500 years old he begot Shem, Ham and Japheth.

Moral : "Here we could able to see a life cycle of human beings, which couldn't be escaped by anyone. Everyone has to be born and died. The thing is that never fear the death rather live your life with happiness as it is a gift of god."
